Career Milestones

Founding Product Manager for Fulfilment by Amazon, scaled it from 0 to 100x. Pioneered changes to product discovery to level the playing field between Amazon and Marketplace sellers. Launched the Ola PWA at Google I/O 2017. Built Myntra's computer-vision based, tech-led design and planning platform. Moved countries and cities to work with people I admired.

Currently Sr. Director of Marketplace product at Flipkart where I get to fuel Seller growth sustainably through Product. I solve for what Quality should mean at different price points. Identify selection gaps for Trends! This is a sampling of problems I solve in a day. The breadth and depth at which I get to operate is exciting and energising! Add to that building teams, mentoring product folks makes for a great day!

I follow Ken Norton, Lenny's Newsletter, Marty Cagan, Andrew Chen. Having spent 8 years at Amazon was a fantastic learning experience in connecting the dots from business strategy to product strategy to execution. I would recommend PMs to learn to write narratives.
