INDmoney is a one-stop SuperMoneyApp for all your finances. The application automatically organizes your finances, helps you to plan your goals, and use machine learning to help you save and invest at Zero commissions. The company is backed by investors such as Tiger Global, Steadview Capital, and Dragoneer.

Problem Statement #1 - US Stocks Investing Growth

INDmoney has launched IND Super Saver 2-in-1 Account to enable US Stocks investing with ease and at 0% brokerage and ₹0 commission.

The initial traction has been excellent, with 100k+ accounts created and ~50% of them adding money in their 2-in-1 accounts to invest. Currently, the active users fund ~10Mn USD into their accounts for US Stocks investing monthly with a 75% (first time funding) vs. 25% (repeat users funding) split.

You have been onboarded as the Product Manager for US Stocks.

Your objective is to:

  • Grow the monthly funded amount for US Stocks Investing transactions by 10X in the next three months
  • Increase % of users funding their account after the creation of account
  • Increase % of users opening the account as a % of overall registered users on INDmoney (2Mn+ users currently and growing 15% M-o-M)

Problem Statement #2 - Launching a lending product

INDmoney is a Super Money App where 2Mn+ users are tracking all their finances in one place. Users can connect and manage their investments & liabilities across Stocks, Mutual Funds, US Stocks, EPF, NPS, Credit Cards, Loans, and many more.

You have been onboarded as the Product Manager for Lending & Credit products at INDmoney.

Your objective is to:

  • Given that INDmoney is the one-stop solution for consumers to manage their entire financial life, how would you build a powerful and elegant lending product for the users at INDmoney leveraging users’ information?
  • Create a phase-wise roadmap for the product. What would your MVP version look like?
  • What would be your GTM strategy for the product?
