Your Responsibilities
Minimum 1 year experience working in product as an associate / junior product managerInterest in truly building for bharat, with personas which require product discovery from grounds up.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with excitement for the idea of managing multiple responsibilities in parallel
Strong written & oral communication skills is a must
Ability to do market research
Required Skills and Experience
Setup / own channels around product discovery in terms of user research or analysis of quantitative data like Event data, Crashes Data.
Work proactively with Product Head & Co-founder on product roadmap, and its execution through sprints
Understand business context and explore product hypothesis using industry and competitive knowledge
Rigorous focus on quality in terms of culture being built by your actions with designers and developers in terms of adherence to standards which lead to high efficiency like proactive product documentation, product to design handover checklist, design to developer handover checklist etc
Audit for, prioritise and automate manual processes within the organisation be it on Ops end, or within Support team's operations etc
Engage closely with the engineering & design teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
