• Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps for the platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and launch new features.
• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products.
• Coordinate with other product managers and stakeholders to ensure cohesiveness of the overall product strategy.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out, operating across cross-functional teams.
• Implementing financial reporting and scalable processes

• 2 /3 years experience in a product management or analytical role
• Experience in working with a Fintech on B2B / SMB lending
  
• Lending based on alternate data
• Experience with Business Rules Engines (BRE) and a decent understanding of credit underwriting processes.
• Adept at Accounting, Financial Accounting
• Possess excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexible, self-driven, and proactive
