As our platform rapidly scales, we’re seeking a Data Product Manager to help expand payer connectivity, improve data quality and utility, and drive increased customer adoption.

Your Responsibilities

Payer Data Expansion:

  • Identify top payers to prioritize based on market impact and customer demand.
  • Engage with payers that may not have standard API integrations and find alternative methods to access data.
  • Assess and improve the quality and comprehensiveness of data from these payers.

Improving Data Depth:

  • Evaluate the completeness, accuracy, and utility of payer data to meet AirPay’s and customer needs.
  • Develop strategies to ensure data is comprehensive and can be leveraged for practice insights.

Customer Data Utilization Growth:

  • Drive customer adoption of AirPay’s data through product enhancements, education, and engagement.
  • Design and execute data-driven initiatives or features that increase usage, such as real-time insights, predictive analytics, or benchmarking tools.

Scaling and Automation:

  • Create scalable and automated processes for integrating and maintaining payer data at scale.
  • Ensure systems are designed to minimize manual intervention while maximizing accuracy and reliability.

Metrics for Success:

  • Track key metrics such as payer connection growth, data comprehensiveness, and customer adoption rates.
  • Regularly assess and improve metrics by implementing feedback loops, optimizations, and innovation.

Collaborating with Engineering:

  • Partner with engineering teams to design and maintain robust integrations with payer systems.
  • Ensure smooth execution of data initiatives through collaborative, cross-functional planning and execution.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess data quality and impact.
