• Coordinate design, build and deployment of the IBP product in a local market
• Support tactical execution of product delivery alongside engineering and data science teams
• Support the integration of all streams of work for the market
• Support the product roadmap build and prioritization of features to be enabled for the market, in collaboration with the Global IBP product managers/CoE
• Manage cross workstream dependencies ,
• Own overall quality of product being delivered
• Measure, manages and reports on KPIs for the product in the market
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm and validate new functionality, and address any product issues
• Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering

• 11+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment
• Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
• Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
• Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or engineering related field preferred
• IBP, Demand Planning, S&OP or S&OE experience preferred
• CPG experience preferred
