• Understand the audio OTT market and needs of users deeply through qualitative/quantitative techniques
• Define a compelling product vision and strategy for the charter, and influence other functional leaders/teams
• Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved first and break them down to individual product bets/ objectives
• Facilitate a process to come up with the best design & technology-led ideas to solve the prioritized customer / business problems
• Experiment with multiple ideas and test them using MVPs, prototypes, etc.
• Define, measure & track metrics for the charter for continuous improvement
• Lead, mentor and coach a team of PMs/SPMs

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in B2C product successes. Bonus, if you have scaled products from 10 to 100
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on ‘first principles’ thinking
• Build strong actionable product hypotheses backed by data and use data led insights for product decisions
• High bias for action or high agency mindset to drive impact consistently
• Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally to ship products in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of having managed a team of product managers & leading multiple product charters
• Knowledge of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities that deliver the world-class user experience
