Your Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and roadmap for Sales training & technology product portfolio by collaborating with key stakeholders, clients and other business functions.
  • Evaluate market needs for scalable Sales Tech solutions. Perform continuous competitive analysis, define products, validate with customers, create roadmaps, conduct user testing, and execute successful market launches to meet market demands and business goals.
  • Explore AI driven opportunities with our sales technology product to elevate user outcomes, keeping our products at the pinnacle of innovation.
  • Understands the market/terrain through constant direct and indirect interaction with customers, prospects, go-to-market leaders, and analysts.
  • Be the voice of the product strategy in the agile development process with the in-house/outsourced Engineering to drive product releases on schedule, and with quality.
  • Coordinate the quarterly product release communications & related activities with delivery, marketing and clients.
  • Partners with our technology partners Salesforce, MS Dynamics and more to understand key technological trends to include in product strategy.
  • Represent product to support RFPs, pitches, client support.
  • Liase with the go-to-market teams to create, launch, and scale packaged solutions for our market-leading customers, enhancing their end-user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and define important metrics, measure, and report on the success of the delivered features & adoption.
  • Support sales enablement on ramping up the commercial /delivery teams on new innovation, upcoming roadmap and product updates.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of overall Product Management experience.
  • 3 years+ experience in Sales Cloud (Salesforce) full technology stack is required.
  • Experience with Einstein, Gen AI, Revenue Intelligence Software is highly desirable.
  • Creative thinker and innovator with curiosity to drive ‘art of possible’ use cases.
  • Shown ability to lead scrum teams and write detailed product/ technical requirement documentation.
  • Experience running large projects where multiple cross-teams collaborate have dependencies on each other.
  • Ability to quickly understand systems and technical concepts and assist in high-level architecture / technical discussions.
  • Consistent track record of delivering successful products, concurrently and at scale.
  • Ability to listen to, internalize, and amplify the voice of the customer.
  • Strong analytical abilities, growth/metrics orientation, and problem-solving acumen
  • Proven team leadership, project management and group facilitation skills. Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environment.
