● Design product strategy for critical business objectives with a focus on customer experience & differentiation
● Work closely with the leadership team to communicate the product initiatives and manage the expectations of stakeholders
● Partner with the growth, engineering, creative, and design teams to bring the product vision to life with prototypes and mockups.
● Take ownership of building products from 0 to 1 ensuring the highest quality
● Be a strong advocate for a data-driven approach to creating a customer experience, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods to discover your customer’s needs.
● Define overall user-facing commerce experiences, platforms, and services KPIs and ensure proper instrumentation to track against goals.
● Define the user flows, product specifications, and improvement scopes for existing as well as new product features
● Minimum 3-6 years of product management experience in a fast-paced customer first company
● B2C app-focused work experience is a must.
● MBA or BTech from Tier 1 colleges (IIMs, ISB, IITs, or similar) preferred
● A self-directed personality with a go-getter attitude
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by influencing teams internally and externally
● Tech-savvy with a desire to get your hands dirty
