As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of product managers, driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of key product initiatives. You will ensure the product is user-centric and continuously evolves to meet customer needs, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on product management expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for a group of products or features, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure Darwinbox's product offerings remain competitive and cutting-edge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure the product roadmap is aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Customer Focus: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and translate their needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Execution & Delivery: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and product launches.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and metrics to make informed product decisions, monitor product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to define product specifications, prioritize features, and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the product management team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • MBA or advanced degree from a premier B-school.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products, preferably in the HR technology or enterprise software space.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product managers.
