• Lead the development and execution of our card product portfolio, including defining product strategy, roadmap, and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives
• Manage a team of product managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management
• Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities
• Develop and present product roadmaps to stakeholders
• Manage product launch processes, ensuring smooth and successful launches

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing product teams
• Experience in the financial technology industry especially in credit card domain will be a strong plus
• Deep understanding of the card product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Experience with developing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
