Your Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key features and enhancements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and launch.
  • Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback, ensuring product decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead product development using agile methodologies, ensuring iterative progress and flexibility.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple products simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Customer Insight: Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to work closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges and solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
