• Build & own long-term vision, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market & domain research, and GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight for Rider Org
• Work collaboratively with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Business, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help build the Warehouse & Logistics platform from scratch
• Influence business, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive change management in the organization for product/tech adoption on the ground.
• Own end-to-end key product metrics across the Warehouse & Logistics value chain

• Minimum 6+ years of work experience in Product Management for Product Manager and 3+ years of work experience in Senior Product Manager role.
• Strong preference (though not mandatory) for folks with Product management or Startup experience in the supply chain and e-commerce space.
• Domain knowledge with extensive experience in directly managing marketplace products
• Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
• Ability to infuse execution, milestone focused
• You have demonstrated experience in working across multiple products, and various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes.
• Ability to think out of the box to ideate and build solutions that are differentiated in a competitive industry
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
• Stay abreast of New Innovations and the latest technology trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the product in alignment with the business.
