Your Responsibilities
Model data to develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards for business process management.
Collaborate closely with business and product teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Drive data-driven decision-making across stakeholders.
Optimize marketplace listings and SEO efforts to enhance organic traffic.
Improve digital marketing strategies and performance marketing initiatives.
Develop offers, discount coupons, and promotions to boost e-commerce conversions.
Define, track, and report on key product, business, and customer metrics.
Experience managing marketing budgets independently is a plus.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution, or an MBA from a reputable institution.
3-6 years of experience in a relevant role.
Proven ability to decompose complex problems into manageable components for collaborative resolution.
Skilled in negotiating problem scope through a strong business understanding.
Strong business acumen with a persistent approach to deriving insights from data.
Experience analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
Capable of devising innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks.
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a diverse range of requirements.
Preferred: Experience with Google Analytics, Clevertap, Amplitude, and Appsflyer.
