We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Growth to join our team and help us continue to grow and thrive.

• Manage the entire D2C P&L, and growth charter for the firm
• Lead the performance-driven growth strategies across all D2C and eCommerce channels to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion across all digital touchpoints.
• Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from brand awareness to post-purchase engagement.
• Manage and mentor high-performing growth teams, including performance, retention, content, creative, SEO/SEM specialists.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and identify opportunities for Nutrabay to leverage them for growth.

• Substantial 7-12 years of experience in D2C / eCommerce growth & performance marketing.
• Experience leading and managing high-performing growth marketing teams.
