• You will help shape and will spearhead the execution of CLARA’s go-to-market messaging and positioning, supported by internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the marketing strategy that aligns with the company goals and objectives
• Lead the go-to-market team to create and execute a content plan that positions CLARA as a thought leader, educates prospects, increases attention on our brand, and creates demand
• Driving partner and market insights into the organization by proactively building relationships with new and potential partners - translating those insights into clear positioning and messaging
• Partnering closely with the team to ensure unmet customer needs are reflected and prioritized in the product roadmap
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the market and competition
• Learning and working in collaboration with leadership and the go-to-market team to shape and influence CLARA’s go-to-market strategy
• Creating, negotiating, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets
• Developing sales enablement assets and resources to guide the sales team on how to positionand fine-tune the sales process
• Preparing CLARA to scale and grow through automating tasks, operationalizing, and standardizing department activities
