• Define the strategy, scope & success metrics for a product at pre-PMF stage
• Partner with UX research, design, data science, engineering & product operations teams to deeply understand user needs, competitive landscape, and to scope, build & iterate products that delight and deliver 10x value to customers.
• Collaborate with operations, product marketing, global account management teams to define the GTM / launch strategy and drive execution. Constantly monitor product performance & feedback, learn & iterate.
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal & external partners and leadership teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as a product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale.
• 3+ years of experience building & iterating on early-stage (0-1 / 1-10) consumer products, that involved extensive customer research and close collaboration with UX/design teams.
• Demonstrated experience of independently running user research, defining PMF goals, scoping MVP, building iterative roadmaps and driving cross-functional execution on new initiatives / projects with high ambiguity.
