Off-App Acquisitions & Partnerships
● Develop and execute strategies to drive credit card acquisitions across third-party
platforms across Fintech/ Ecom platform by running ads that drive leads.
● Identify and onboard new partners to create lead generation opportunities and enhance
visibility.
Digital Marketing & Growth
● Leverage performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, affiliate marketing,
etc.) to drive card applications.
● Optimize digital campaigns to improve conversions while maintaining customer
acquisition cost (CAC) targets.
● Use A/B testing and personalization strategies to refine targeting and engagement.
Call Center & Tele-Sales Management
● Oversee the call center acquisition channel, ensuring high conversion rates and
operational efficiency.
● Develop and implement scripts, training modules, and incentive structures for tele-sales
teams.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
● Use SQL and analytics tools to track acquisition performance, customer behavior, and
campaign effectiveness.
● Generate actionable insights to optimize acquisition strategies and improve ROI
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, to
enhance acquisition strategies.
● Coordinate with HDFC Bank stakeholders to streamline operations and improve
approval rates.
● 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, or growth roles
(preferably in fintech, or consumer tech).
● Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and digital
acquisition channels.
● Experience in managing partnerships with external platforms for customer acquisition.
● Ability to manage and optimize call center operations for lead conversion.
● Basic SQL proficiency and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power
BI) for tracking and insights.
● Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to drive high-impact
projects.
