We’re looking for a Principal PM, who will work on ensuring that for over the 2M parcels and LRs that we pick and deliver every day - the client, shipper, and consignee all have a good experience for every single shipment. This includes even the ones that run into operational challenges or don’t get delivered on time. You and your team will work on communication, managing expectations, and resolving queries across all of these shipments and more. You will be responsible for important properties like DLV.com tracking page and tracking experience on our app, along with the systems that clients, consignors, consignees use to raise escalations across channels and that various teams at DLV use to resolve these queries.

● Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier-I institute, MBA Preferred

● 7+ years of product management experience in internet startups, enterprise-grade SaaS products, supply chain organization or e-commerce

● Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize

● A keen eye for user experience and an ability to develop a deep understanding of how each persona interacts with the products you build

● We are looking for someone who has built products used by consumers at scale, and who is strong with data and analytics

● Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role
