At Narayana One Health, we are looking to bring customers a new way of experiencing healthcare where customers can focus on getting healthy without having to worry about the hassles or cost of accessing quality healthcare. We are Indias first fully integrated healthcare brand combining health care, health services and health insurance in one ecosystem.

To bring this vision to life, we are looking for senior and group / principal product managers who are passionate about solving problems in healthcare – both offline and online. Our product managers work to bring products to life across clinics, hospitals, sales and customer experience, using technology as an enabler to drive customer experience and scalability.

• Deliver business critical metrics through products and experiences which improve customers’ health and satisfaction
• Develop and grow health products – from ideation through PRD specification through GTM and continuous product iterations
• Prioritize product roadmap based on impact
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to quickly launch the right solutions including Narayana Health doctors, insurance functions (actuaries, claims etc), sales, marketing, clinic operations teams, and customer service
• Drive the go to market for your products – from strategy to on the ground readiness
• Own product iterations after launch – working closely with stakeholders to drive customer adoption and engagement
• Own your charter end to end and grow your team, as needed
• Note that this is not a traditional tech PM role – our products are mostly experienced offline by customers in our clinics, so working with tech will be a just a part of your responsibilities.

• Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions, especially for a D2C product
• Ability to work with key stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives forward
• Bachelor/Master's degree with more than 5-7 years experience in a B2C environment
• Strong ownership mindset and passion for independent, creative problem solving
• Experience in using an understanding of customer needs and constraints to develop and ship products that work, at high speed
• Ability to bring clarity in decision-making and prioritize ruthlessly
• Love for working in a rapidly evolving startup environment where everyone is responsible for business success
• Understanding of the importance of customer experience in achieving user and business outcomes
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to drive product decisions
• Acute attention to detail and fluent communication skills, especially when writing concise product requirements
• Passion for bringing change in healthcare
• Preferred: Experience managing other product managers
