Our portfolio includes both consumer-facing payment experiences and cutting-edge SaaS tools designed for merchants to supercharge their payments journey.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understanding the product requirements clearly and creating relevant information architecture and user flows.
  • Designing user-friendly, high-quality prototypes and iterating on them based on feedback from research and testing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and data science to craft experiences that deliver real value to users.
  • Creating supporting artifacts to articulate your ideas, including presentations, UI kits, style guides, and supporting graphic assets for developers.
  • Designing for both consumer-facing experiences that prioritize seamless usability and business-facing SaaS tools that optimize workflows and data visualization.
  • Collaborating with the research team to translate user insights into actionable design improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of full-time, hands-on experience in product design in-house at a digital product company or an agency.
  • Examples that show your ability to solve complex problems and visually communicate your solutions through information architecture, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Ability to document the processes, communicate clearly with project members, and persuade stakeholders.
  • Experience designing for both B2C and B2B audiences, demonstrating an understanding of how to approach user needs in both domains.
  • A user-first mindset with a strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility guidelines.
  • Empathy and strong collaboration skills—you’re open to feedback and are a constructive critic.
