Your Responsibilities

We’re seeking a very dynamic product & growth marketer with rigorous execution skills who is both analytical & creative thinker. In this role, you will lead the growth of multiple Insurance categories and have 100% ownership of marketing & growth. This role requires you to have all-round skills in utilizing marketing channels {Email, PNs, WhatsApp, CRM, SMS, Banners}, running performance marketing campaigns {SEM, SEO, Display Ads}, building product landing/onboarding pages, building new growth product features to acquire, engage & retain users. You will also be responsible for developing a GTM strategy for different insurance products launched monthly on the PhonePe insurance platform. You will have a base of 500+ million users base of PhonePe to run growth experiments on. You will lead a team of marketing ops professionals, learn on the go, and coach the newly joined college fresher to become a Growth Marketer in the future. We are looking for someone who keeps users first and can fight their cause with other teams, can showcase out-of-the-box thinking every week, and has a hardcore analytical bend and ruthless execution pedigree which makes you very dependable to launch & market products every month with high quality and promised TAT.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in growth, marketing, or growth product roles.
  • World Class communication skills.
  • High Ownership, Action bias, and High energy.
  • Ability to own problem statements end-to-end.
  • You have been appreciated for cross-functional collaboration in your previous job.
