Your Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Development
  • Develop & Implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement & retention from organic and paid channels.
  • Define Key KPIs to assess the performance of marketing and growth campaigns and set up a tracking process with the help of the analytics, ops, and tech teams.
  • Define long-term growth vision for the insurance categories.
  • Develop engagement features with the help of the product team.
  • Campaign Execution & Regular Optimisation.
  • Own the execution and improvement of Channel Marketing across PNs, Banner, WhatsApp & Email working with central PhonePe teams.
  • Own the Analysis of multichannel campaigns, bringing insights from campaign performance and providing direction to the marketing campaigns through a data-driven approach.
  • Coach the marketing operations & Interns to execute campaigns with dedicated TAT commitments by setting up robust processes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or growth product roles.
  • World Class communication skills.
  • High Ownership, Action bias, and High energy.
  • Ability to own problem statements {not tasks}.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of Channel Marketing & Paid Marketing.
  • A mindset to keep the user first, Utilise tech, and think long term.
