● Payments Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute a payments roadmap that enhances customer experience, reduces friction, and increases conversion rates.
● Payment Gateway & Vendor Management: Collaborate with multiple payment partners to ensure smooth integrations and high success rates.
● Platform Scalability: Lead initiatives to optimize and scale core platform services, including order processing, checkout flows, and backend payments infrastructure.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and A/B testing to understand payment drop-offs, improve success rates, and enhance the overall user experience.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to align product vision and execution.
● Last-Mile Platform Enablement: Work with logistics and operations teams to build platforms which will help optimize delivery processes, reduce delays and cost efficiency Requirements
● Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, or e-commerce.
● Technical Knowledge: Understanding of payment gateways, UPI, credit/debit card processing, and other digital payment methods.
● Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets, use SQL, and interpret insights to drive decisions.
● Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking skills to identify and resolve payment-related challenges.
● Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to align multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward.
