1. Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement
2. You will be spending a lot of time interacting with customers and other stakeholders. You need to have empathy towards customers and ability to communicate with them
3. Build consensus across stakeholders – Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development clearly articulating the product decisions and choices
4. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for both internal & external stakeholders
5. Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
6. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.

6. Familiarity with Product Management and Software Engineering tools like Jira.
