• You will play a key role in executing the roadmap for efforts within the Verified communication solutions portfolio.
• You will deliver high quality products in-time, to meet important business revenue goals that excite our investors and customers.
• You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the business communications space.
• You will develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization and with leadership.
• Build strong relationships with customers, business partners and other stakeholders to generate long term value.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams, product & engineering, analytics as well as marketing and sales, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market processes.

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience building consumer mobile applications at scale
• Sound technical knowledge of APIs and workflow management.
• You know how to work with partners as well as end customers to identify problems and build optimal solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Rich knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile practice(s) and tools including managing a backlog
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
