• Redefine and innovate workspace design to create functional, comfortable, and visually appealing environments that cater to a diverse clientele, from startups to large enterprises.
• Lead end-to-end development of workspace infrastructure, focusing on optimizing furniture, fixtures, and spatial layouts to enhance user experience and maximize space utilization.
• Collaborate with design & projects team to implement cutting-edge designs and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Identify and implement modular and scalable solutions such as ergonomic workstations, soundproof pods, and collaborative zones that cater to evolving customer needs.
• 8-10 years of experience in product management, business strategy, or operations, with a strong focus on physical infrastructure and customer-centric service delivery.
• Demonstrated success in scaling physical products, including workspace layouts, furniture, and other tangible assets.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize SOPs for eHicient product delivery and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving product profitability.
• Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in leveraging analytics to inform strategy and measure success.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
