Your Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring our solutions are intuitive and meet user needs.
Product Development: Lead product development efforts, including defining product requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing development sprints.
Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to successfully launch new products and features.
Product Performance: Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive improvement.
Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the eComm industry.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
