• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product across insurance vertical in an agent-facing or consumer-facing product company.
• Analytical skill: The ability to form and test hypotheses using data from SQL queries, user funnels, Google Analytics/any other tool is a must.
• Hands Dirty- Open to getting his/her hands dirty
• Strategic Mindset: You take a long-term vision for technology and how it will impact key business priorities.
• Management: You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams comprising of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
