Your Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and objectives for lululemon’s post purchase services, aligning with the company’s post-purchase and data strategy goals.
  • Drive along with engineering teams to support a range of features across order tracking, returns, exchanges, customer communications, and loyalty engagement, leveraging user transaction data.
  • Translate lululemon’s digital transformation goals into actionable technical product strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and maximize data utility.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines, storage, and retrieval systems that ensure high data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Lead data architecture discussions, focusing on enabling a scalable, performant backend that supports real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree in a technical discipline is a plus.
  • Overall 8-12 Years experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data products, platforms, or backend services for retail, ecommerce, and specifically post-purchase applications.
  • Proficiency in working with API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) – Good to have.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in enhancing customer experience through data.
  • Team Leading Experience should be minimum of 2+ years.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
