At OneBalance we are developing a non-custodial account model to provide users with a seamless, account-centric experience. Our model introduces resource locks to accounts on credible commitment machines. OneBalance is a framework for managing these Credible Accounts. Our goal is to provide a missing component of the web3 stack that will help onboard the first billion humans onto crypto.

• Conduct thorough research and discovery for product features and ecosystem integrations, aligning with OneBalance’s vision and strategy.
• Develop clear, actionable product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and internal stakeholder input.
• Work closely with designers to create intuitive and effective user experience flows and best-in-class designs.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth product development, from planning through to execution and delivery.
• Ensure that all shipped software meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
• Employ an iterative approach to product development, constantly refining and improving based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Effectively communicate product requirements and updates to the leadership team and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain focus on the core product vision, skilfully managing scope and making necessary trade-offs in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ensure that product development considers relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the blockchain or crypto space.
• Experience of leading and managing complex software products from conception to production in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
• Experience of communicating effectively with engineering, design, and leadership teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem and current developments.
• Understanding of user experience design and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Self-driven problem solver with the ability to break down ambiguous work and plot a course of action in a dynamic environment..
• Crypto-native with a strong understanding of the customer base and ecosystem.
