• Own the end-to-end product development for our Pre-Purchase journey, from ideation and strategy to implementation and optimization
• Design and enhance our CRM infrastructure to effectively capture, segment, and manage potential customer data
• Develop sophisticated communication automation workflows that nurture leads through personalized touchpoints
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered communication tools to increase conversion rates and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Growth team to align on Pre-Purchase strategy and execution
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Analyze user data and feedback to drive iterative improvements to the Pre-Purchase experience
• Create and monitor KPIs that measure the effectiveness of Pre-Purchase initiatives

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in CRM, MarTech, or SaaS environments
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing communication automation strategies
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, and their integration capabilities
• Experience with communication tools and automation platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in customer communications and personalization
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into product decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
