• Product Development : Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps. Support the creation of product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Monitor and analyze product performance, gather feedback from users, and make recommendations for improvements. Manage product updates and iterations based on data and feedback.
• Project Management : Support project planning and execution, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress and ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product features.

Experience : 1.5 to 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

‍Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

‍Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

‍Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics). Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles is advantageous.
