• Product Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Use market research and competitive analysis to shape product strategy.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the bridge between technical teams (development, engineering) and business stakeholders. Apply your full stack knowledge to guide the development process and ensure technical feasibility of product requirements.
• Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. Communicate product updates and timelines effectively across departments.
• User Experience: Advocate for a seamless user experience through intuitive design and functionality. Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate on product improvements.
• Analytics and Optimization: Define and track key product metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and inform future iterations.
• Market Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings. Apply this knowledge to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on full stack development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database management systems.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
