Your Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at upGrad, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategies, creating product roadmaps, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features. Your key responsibilities will include:

● Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with upGrad's mission and goals.

● Roadmap Planning: Create and manage product roadmaps, outlining short-term and long-term goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

● Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

● Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to delivery.

● Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of new products and features, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the product's success and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

● Proven track record of managing B2B and B2C products in the software industry.

● Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent leadership and communication skills.

● Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
