Your Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth comprehension of customer segments and their distinctive behaviors through data science and analytical insights.
Take charge of the entire customer journey, from inception to completion, while maintaining accountability for its effectiveness.
Utilise global product knowledge and customer insights to identify user needs, generating actionable data-driven recommendations for product enhancement.
Collaborate across departments, including product, design, business, and brand marketing, to devise and execute growth strategies rooted in data analysis.
Employ continuous experimentation to enhance value propositions and streamline execution processes.
Drive monthly customer key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acquisition, churn reduction, activation, and revenue growth.
Proactively identify and rectify marketing funnel issues to mitigate and minimize customer churn.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams spanning design, engineering, marketing, and data analytics to ensure seamless product initiative delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
Expertise with CRM tools such as CleverTap, Zendesk, MoEngage, Hubspot etc
Expertise with analytical tools for marketers such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Adjust etc
Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse work environment
Highly analytical thinking and ability to analyze and interpret wide variety of data
