- Be a product operations owner on the TikTok Shop product team by deeply understanding the needs of our TikTok e-commerce sellers and developing a compelling product strategy and roadmap.
- You'll need to find new opportunities that can drive sellers making videos or doing live shows, not limited to improving on what we have, but to introduce what we haven't.
- Deeply participate in merchant research, be able to combine merchant feedback and data analysis, understand the business demands of different types of merchants, and drive product evolution.
- Continuously improve the Product Operation methodology and develop targeted plans.
- Identify trends in data, plan short- and long-term roadmaps.
- Build alignment across the company on your vision, including with leadership and executives.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 3-5+ years of e-commerce product management or operations experience in either e-commerce, video making, or content making companies.
- Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates.
- Ability to think creatively and approach key problems with system-level thinking.
- Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and speed of execution.
- Ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
- Experience performing product-oriented quantitative analysis.
