• Drive the NPD agenda in line with business priorities to achieve targets for NDP as a percentage of turnover.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research for all NPD projects.
• Develop product specifications in consultation with teams including consumer insights, marketing, sales, packaging, regulatory, and R&D.
• Strategize and lead the launch of NPD brands with the brand team.
• Manage the innovation funnel stage gate process for key projects according to business KPIs.
• Identify compelling ideas for NPD through market studies, competition analysis, and idea generation platforms.
• Prepare and track NPD project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic NPD projects.
• Lead and transition new product launches to the marketing team, ensuring collaboration with sales and category teams.
• Oversee marketing activities for the portfolio, including product development and promotions.
• Facilitate decision-making, manage complexity, and explore new market channels.

• 6-8 years of marketing experience, including 2-3 years in brand management with a consumer view.
• Experience in FMCG, preferably in the Foods category.
• MBA from a reputed college.
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in cost analysis, P&L drawing, and gross margin calculation.
• Methodical approach with strong time management and systematic working skills.
