• Be a one stop shop for all tech requirements for enterprise merchants.
• Identify business goals and challenges and merchants/PayU; work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and other internal teams to deliver compelling solutions.
• Work with sales team to provide value addition for PayU in defining customer requirements, goals and challenges to provide customized, compelling and differentiated solutions.
• Understand PayU's product suite and provide unique solution offerings after discussions with customer’s technical and business teams to assess and gather the gamut of requirements.
• Intuitively work with internal sales and customer teams to keep them updated on changes in product delivery plans to meet the assessed requirements.

• 8+ years of technology industry experience in Presales and Product Solutions, Product Management, Business Analysis for a payment solution provider, medium to large-scale organizations, or start-ups.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or related experience required.
• Experience in a similar role with customer front ending in the fintech space as a product solutions manager or similar.
• Presales experience with a proven track record of consulting technical solutions in the fintech arena.
• Ability to discuss financials relating to solutions to be rendered.
• Strong knowledge of online payments.
• Engineering background a must; MBA is preferable.
