• Someone with 4-6 years of UX design experience, who comes from a deep background of mature design practice from a B2C setup, someone who can contribute to building design culture as well in addition to individual contribution.
• Have hands-on experience managing / mentoring a team of junior designers and should have worked and managed multiple stakeholders. Experience of being fluent in design systems and working seamlessly with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Led UX design for a product end-to-end, making complex interactions simple. Deeply aware of how every design decision impacts the user experience.
• Either have been a founding designer or worked in startups, where you have driven UX decisions independently and seen the impact of thoughtful, user-driven design.
• Passionate about building intuitive and engaging B2C products, understanding how to make digital experiences sticky, streamlined, and memorable.
