Moonvalley (moonvalley.ai) is the Midjourney for video. We are building the world’s most capable foundational models, allowing anyone to generate beautiful, cinematic and high-definition video in minutes.

• Design and develop innovative AI-driven creative workflows, including prototyping, testing, and refining solutions to streamline the creative process.
• You will work closely with the team to define user problems, and have significant ownership to design the core product experience.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Adapt designs quickly based on user feedback and changing business requirements. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and a scalable design system.

• 4+ years experience working as a product designer (or similar role), ideally in an interaction design heavy role & design-first company. Bonus if you've worked with creative editing tools.
• A creative portfolio showcasing excellent visual and interaction skills in addition to design thinking
• Strong prototyping skills within Figma
• Experience working in a collaborative and lean environment (startup, product-led org, agency, studio), the ability to make decisions quickly, iterate, and execute at velocity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, team player
• Expert knowledge of Figma
