• Collaborate with the creative director to understand and expand on existing design concepts.
• Develop a responsive design system in Figma that aligns with our brand and product goals.
• Create and maintain design components, styles, and documentation to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure designs are accurately translated into code.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality design standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and Figma features to continuously improve our design system.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including experience with Auto Layout and responsive design12.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design system work.
• Experience working with front-end development teams, preferably with Next.js.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a startup environment.
