Your Responsibilities

  • Create and articulate data-backed hypothesis, build, validate, and learn by experimenting
  • Translate abstract problem statements into clear requirements by identifying market headwinds and tailwinds
  • Influence roadmaps within and beyond the functional area to contribute positively to the overall D+H ecosystem
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to roadmaps and prioritization outside the domain
  • Demonstrate agility in responding to external signals, enabling efficient roadmap reprioritization, and ensuring wide communication of implications
  • Take ownership of assigned KPI that directly contributes to the Product Objectives and key results
  • Become the go-to expert in the assigned functional area, driving strategic advancements through domain expertise, innovation, and business transformation
  • Play an active role in team-building efforts and participate in hiring processes

  • Possess a data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics to draw meaningful insights and make informed product decisions
  • Display a strong sense of user empathy, using structured problem-solving to address user pain points through hypothesis-building and solution-creation
  • Benchmark competition and verify findings through experiments, ensuring high-quality standards for inclusion in the product roadmap
  • Exhibit the ability to tackle vague problem statements with minimal supervision and take decisive action across the organization
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment, open to feedback and capable of mentoring junior PMs to success. Skilled at influencing without formal authority
