• Lead building the strategy and roadmap for Channel Partner Systems using Salesforce and related SaaS platforms
• Deliver insights on the partner portal - usage and trends; stay abreast of our industry and channel GTM to anticipate our internal customer’s needs
• Evaluate and prioritize requirements in partnership with business operations using data, KPIs, company OKRs, industry best practices and new innovations
• Prioritize and manage a product backlog for the current partner portal
• Write clear and concise user stories which create trust with the engineering teams
• Senior collaborative, cross functional teams to deliver high value scalable solutions
• Negotiate scope and timeline with business leads effectively to achieve high value business outcomes
• Own timely, transparent communication to leadership team on team’s delivery progress and attainment of KPIs

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
• 8+ years experience in product management or business operations
• Experience with enterprise system implementations for global companies
• Experience working on CRM like Salesforce and App Exchange-listed product for Salesforce
• An experienced influencer with the ability to collaborate well in a matrixed environment having multiple partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
