Your Responsibilities
Be responsible for growing DAUs in India through market-specific strategies and initiatives
Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
Establish the strategy for India user growth, and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership team
Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
Work with engineers to help guide feature development
Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record of achieving rapid user growth in India for a consumer-facing app with a global user base
A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management
A desire to make the world a better place through technology and education
Demonstrated self-direction while navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving projects
Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative
