Your Responsibilities

  • As the owner of transaction monitoring systems, build innovative solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Shape requirements, features, and products by collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Take ownership of your product's lifecycle stages, including timely releases, effective communication, user adoption, and compliance.
  • Build strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders and work with them their buy-in and collaboration to generate momentum for your products
  • Work with other product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment with their roadmaps and delivery
  • Gain a deep understanding of Checkout.com ’s customers and business
  • Foster a team culture that upholds Checkout.com’s operating principles.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years of product management experience.
  • Experienced in developing financial products that comply with local regulations or combat money laundering or fraud by leveraging large amounts of data.
  • You are enthusiastic about using data, business insights, and machine learning models to identify strategic priorities and improve the performance of your domain.
  • Customer-first: You think from the customer's perspective and can balance future opportunities with immediate needs.
  • End-to-end mindset: Think structured and diligently, understanding all key components necessary to drive a product's ongoing success.
  • Leadership: Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, compliance, operations and commercial, demonstrating high EQ and influencing skills.
  • Effective communicator: Able to inspire others with a shared vision and simplify complex concepts for various audiences.
