Your Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, monitor key metrics, and make informed product decisions.
  • Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and validate growth initiatives.
  • User Journey Optimization: Continuously optimize the user journey to enhance user experience, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Product Roadmap: Contribute to the product roadmap by prioritizing growth-focused features and enhancements.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies.
  • User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user experience and customer journey optimization.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Linear).
