• AI/ML Product Strategy & Execution: Own and define the roadmap for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Recommendation Systems: Drive initiatives around AI-powered food-food and user-food recommendations, enhancing personalization and engagement.
• Classifier Models & AI Infra: Work with engineers and data scientists to build, test, and deploy machine learning classifiers and foundational models.
• Prompt Engineering & AI Evaluation: Guide engineers in refining LLM prompts and designing internal tools for AI evaluation and continuous improvement.
• AI Performance Tracking: Define key success metrics for AI-powered features and track their impact on engagement, efficiency, and revenue.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into Healthify’s product ecosystem.
• Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of AI/ML trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and champion innovations within the team

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML-driven products.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI/ML product development from ideation to deployment.
• Proven ability to define long-term AI/ML strategy and translate it into actionable short-term goals.
• Experience in AI/ML-driven recommendations, personalization, and automation.
• Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, and business teams to drive execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or scaling AI/ML products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in B2C companies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field from premier Indian or international institutes.
