• Create a compelling vision, product strategy and an excellent narrative that articulates the mission for your product, goals, and path to success. Influence colleagues and senior leadership teams toward the long-term vision
• Understand pain points, identify and prioritize opportunities. Define product goals and metrics.
• Work with all related functions to help define and develop the best solutions within a reasonable timeframe
• Validate ideas by conducting research, performing experiments, and analysing results to better understand the best opportunities.
• Collaborate with other teams across geographies to deliver projects spanning multiple product areas
• Mentor budding Product Managers.

• 7+ years of customer centric product management experience with a proven record of successfully building consumer or enterprise products.
• Deeply analytical mindset and track record for making data driven conclusions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions and work with global teams to get things done.
• Experience collaborating with user research, design and engineering.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and drive product managers, designers, engineers and analysts, work cross functionally and with senior leadership.
• Experience in mentoring, managing and/or hiring other product managers.
