As a Senior Product Manager for F&O, you will be responsible for enhancing the trading experience for various trader segments. Your primary KPIs will include:

a) First F&O Trade Activation b) Retention Rates c) Trades per Trader d) Net Promoter Score (NPS).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong grasp of Futures, Options, and Trading Products.

- Proven ability to design compelling user journeys and drive improvements in conversion rates.

- Deep empathy for traders, with a knack for gathering insights from the trading community and transforming them into exceptional product experiences.

- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to turn metrics into actionable strategies.
